Spotted on eBay...
jocklandluge just brought this item on eBay to my attention...
£600 starting price. It was at Cadwell last weekend, but I didn't look at it very closely, nor did I see it running, so I don't know anything more about it than what is written in the description.

Cartie For Sale : The Recumbent
Built this year for Cairngorm, and performed fairly well (4th place … apparently ... unbelievably …) Showed my fastest run at 54.8mph, with only one minor mechanical hiccup over the two days….a sheared stud which was a fail-safe, and not critical. That will be rewelded soon… No other real work needed, but sold with the cable caliper brakes only (no hydraulics) and no back wheels (need to rebuild my bikes!), but drop a pair of rear wheels in and it’s a runner. What does it need? Nothing, tho’ in the future, any other carties I build will have hydraulic or four wheel brakes….more efficient / powerful and don’t go out of adjustment…and I don’t want to have to look at the dial gauge in scrutineering slooowly climb to 50kg. Might regret selling this... Currently viewable in Aviemore
